The room was in excellent condition. I was impressed with the quality of the toiletries. The shower and the bath were in excellent working order. I had a comfortable nights sleep. It was nice at times relaxing in the easy chairs in the lounge area. Very nice setting and service again was excellent. Overall, service was excellent from checking to checking out. I would definitely book with Mercure Hotel again.

I absolutely loved this cottage, the decor was lovely and i really appreciated all the thoughtful gestures. I could tell that the host looked at who our party was made up of and adjusted accordingly (children). The two attic rooms were perfect for my older two, and my little one and i shared the bedroom downstairs. We loved spending time in the living room when the weather outside was cold and rainy. There is a pub within 3mins walk and the views are spectacular.

Bed was comfortable. Room facilities were adequate. Hotel was considerably further from Ponds Forge than advertised. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. According to both the local taxi drivers, address/directions were not clear enough.

It was our anniversary and staff put wine, a card and some cakes in our room as a nice welcome. They also set up the room accordingly to accommodate our child. The room was clean with fresh bedding. The bar area modern and members of accor get happy hour drinks. Breakfast was plentiful and the swimming pool lovely.

I liked everything in this hotel. It was definitely different than other Mercure hotel branches with its atmosphere. It has a lovely garden and restaurant. Rooms and other places were so clean. We also experienced great spa treatments.
