Breakfast was good and room very comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. Shower head was magnificent - awesome shower. Bed clean and comfortable. Hotel was well placed and easily accessible. Close to beach.

I love this hotel, the staff are very friendly, excellent hospitality services, clean environment and very supportive staff.

Please note we are still undergoing some minor work in some areas. The location was really good as it's near the shopping plaza. We did book for three rooms for 3 nights for my Sisters surprised reunion & the friendly staff was very helpful in getting us one of the room as we booked on another hotel. The room was clean & we would love to stay again on our next visit to QLD 🫶

All the rooms of Mercure Rockhampton come with air conditioning, a balcony, mini refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and satellite TV. Staff were accommodating with special requests (early check in). Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Situated on 11 acres of lush tropical gardens, The Mercure Townsville is a resort-style hotel on the shores of The Lakes. It offers the largest free-form swimming pool in Townsville, a spa pool, a children’s pool and tennis courts. The property is 4km from central Townsville and 2km from Townsville Airport. We stayed 2 nights at great location and very comfortable the location is great to get around and the room was very clean the restaurant on site had a great selection of food at a very reasonable price one thing I would say is don't snack before you eat as the portions are huge. Breakfast was great with a massive selection of fresh or cooked food. We stayed new years eve and the town was a bussle of people in great spirits a mazing place. Although we did not use the pool the kids and parents loved it and said it was very warm to be in. Tha k you for a great stay

Mercure Cairns is located across the road from the Cairns Performing Arts Centre and an 8-minute walk from Cairns Night Market. Reef Hotel Casino is 3 minutes' drive away and 1 minutes' drive from Cairns Aquarium. The pool was nice. The room was clean and we enjoyed having the hot tub. We did have a couple of bugs in the room but it wasn’t a lot. The bed was comfortable.
