I like the Mercure Hotel location is besides the BTS station and surrounding have 24 hours 7 eleven store, 5 mins walk EmQuartier 10 mins walk Emphere. The staff was so sweet and gave me surprised a small birthday cafe in my room when I was stayed with them. Definitely is my first choice to book this hotel again when I travel to Bangkok.

Our room was ready earlier than the usual check in time, which we were grateful for. We had the spectacular city view which we asked for. ALL the staff were excellent, very polite, helpful & patient. Excellent English. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a fantastic range of food & view. Hotel is so close to Sky Train line. So much to do in Bangkok & we got around very easily using this! We had a fantastic stay in Bangkok & The Mercure Hotel.

Returned to stay at Mercure hotel as room is clean and very comfortable. Really like the spacious layout of the room and location is very convenient from airport and to shopping places. It is also so convenient the BTS station directly in front of hotel which makes commuting so easy.
