We were made welcome, all the staff were very friendly. We also appreciated the warmed plates for our meals, the breakfast was excellent as was the dinner. The duvets were more comfortable than some, we didn't get too hot.

From the outset I was very impressed with Mercure hotel. The entry is well presented and the foyer and reception was to a high standard. I was greeted by a friendly, well spoken individual. Checking in service and breakfast was amazing. very happy and would stay again

The room was in excellent condition. I was impressed with the quality of the toiletries. The shower and the bath were in excellent working order. I had a comfortable nights sleep. It was nice at times relaxing in the easy chairs in the lounge area. Very nice setting and service again was excellent. Overall, service was excellent from checking to checking out. I would definitely book with Mercure Hotel again.

We stayed one night at Mercure after our wedding, we had an excellent room the staff are so friendly. We had so much selection for our breakfast everything was perfect. I would certainly recommend Mercure hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had a small issue upon arrival, but it was sorted out immediately by the staff. Exceeded our expectations.
