Room was very clean and spacious, and was serviced everyday. Beds were very comfortable. The location suited us, because we enjoy Manly beach and we were happy to explore northern parts of Sydney. Close to public buses.

We arrived early and fortunaly we could make the checking and got room ready (around 8 am) without extra cost. Room super clean, confortable queen bed, amenities perfect. It is not the same standard of the Mercure hotels like in Europe or Asia, however the service I mean personnel of the hotel was just fabulous. Amazing people, always kind and nice and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Location of the hotel was in the center; a lot of small markets around. Hotel is very close to Chinatown. Walk to the Opera House takes maybe 30 minutes. Very close to the Main Station. I really recommend it and for sure next time will choose that hotel.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. I have stayed at many Mercure hotels around Sydney and this one was the most disappointing.

Love staying at the Mercure Hotel when I visit Sydney! Amazing rooms, staff are always friendly and helpful, close to transport, close to great restaurants and bars (Eve’s Bar downstairs is a fave!great food and cocktails!) secure onsite parking is another reason why I stay at this hotel. a great hotel for a weekend away. It’s so central to everything and everywhere!

The Mercure Hotel is located in a very convenient area which has many accessible transportation methods, for example the Central Station that is located just outside. Many shops and eating areas are also in walking distance - some easy trip planning! The breakfast buffet is also full of delicious food and we thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to waking up and coming down to the restaurant to eat.
