This is my first stay here after Mercure took over. The hotel is as good as it was. Clean, very comfy beds, great amenities and service. Street parking was easy , as it was public holiday. I have stayed many times before, don’t understand the bed reviews. Out of 20 times I had one not so nice room and I got directly an upgrade. Book upper level rooms for a small fee and you will be happy.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Easy to use mirroring from phone to television. Safe was not easy to find at the very bottom of the cupboard so I didn't use it, it was too low. A good breakfast with hot and cold choices and staff were willing to help if anything needed to be fixed

It was fairly average. I thought (seeing’s as it was carrying the Mercure name) that it would be better but it was little more than a motel with very average breakfast. All in all - disappointing

I stayed for a work conference held at the Sofitel Brisbane Central, which were charging twice the price for a room. The Mercure was perfect - a short 10 minute stroll to the Sofitel, as well as Queen Street Mall being in walking distance. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, the restaurant downstairs was an added bonus & you can order in to your room. The restaurant downstairs also doubled as a cafè in the morning, and has great coffee which was super handy to grab before my walk each morning.

I booked into Mercure as my sister and husband were travelling and staying in the Pullman. When I booked in I was encouraged to join Accord and got the Wifi. Then I was given a room in the Pullman sections that far exceeded the room my famiy had in the Pullman section eg beautiful soft, thick, towels!

Excellent location and extremely helpful staff around the clock. We stayed for 5 days and had the best experience in the heart of Brisbane City, thanks to the Mercure Hotel. The options for breakfast looked incredible, as was the swimming pool and gym facilities. We were even offered early check-in and complimentary drinks on arrival!

Comfortable room and beds. Location. Staff friendliness. Always like the Mercure Hotels. Great view from the room. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Great parking availability although expensive. Nice welcome plate of cakes and a decent amount of milk provided.

We decided last minute to stay one night at Mercure hotel. As room rate was great and we know the beds are guaranteed to be really comfortable. (from previous stays with Accor group). Love the bigger bathroom accessories, no wastage and easy use. Housekeeping staff very friendly also and informed of the weather for the coming day. Nice touch.
