Loved the location, right on the beach but set back enough to be quite and feel tranquil. The outside bath was such a welcome edition, and the room was incredibly comfortable with great AC. Really appreciate the incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, and daily room making up and mini bar top up, the service was so great! The pool is also lovely and there were ample chairs around, so we were never without a lounger when we wanted it.

After reading many reviews and some negatives we chose to go here we came from a week in the Marriott hotel Phuket and ca say we made the right choice at diamond resort big rooms Wi-Fi fine pool has a soft white rubber liner which makes it soft to walk on nice setting front office staff all great and helpful. If you want your room cleaned it’s not automatic you put your key in a small basket in reception and then they know you want a clean , pool towels are in reception as extra waters and toilet paper which are both free .

The location of the hotel was its best attribute. The beach is beautiful and lush gardens. Our room was nice, clean large. Firm bed but comfortable. Nice independent restaurants along the beach very Thai

I liked the customer relationship manager who managed our complaint about the first room that we were attributed to. He gave us an upgraded room, after the first night. If we had to stay for the whole staying in that first room the hotel would have received a very bad rating from me. We paid for a better room but we got in the beginning a room that was unbearable from the smell (reason unknown to me). After the upgrade in a different building I can honestly say that the rest of the staying was fabulous and was worth the money we paid.

Center of Krabi town, close to the river and Night market and Maharaja market Bed was comfy and clean Fast registration, so we came to Immigration office same hour

Excellent location, really friendly staff. Multiple pools for when you want to dip in fresh water. Nice breakfast selection. It is true that the facility is a bit old, but it is still well maintained and clean. And that likely contributes to the excellent price we get for our 3 room 3 night stay. ( Granted it is in off season July ) Our krabi experience is greatly enhanced by this nice resort.

I liked knowing that it is a family business, it makes me feel good to contribute with the local people so that they continue to develop. WATTSON has been very kind and very helpful, the hotel is surrounded by a lot of vegetation , it’s quite close to the beach (Long Beach), in 5 minutes walking you are there. , thank you WATTSON I wish that the business continues to grow.

The friendly staff, the great breakfast and the very reasonably priced drinks - it made for a really sociable atmosphere in the common room. It was also possible to book really good value tours and transfers at reception, that were much cheaper than online. The free coffee, tea, popcorn and snacks during the day were also really nice and again contributed to a good atmosphere in the hostel.
