Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrived staff were so welcoming. Our room was great, the bed was like a cloud to sleep in. Breakfast was amazing and the dinner buffet did not disappoint!! Transport to and from the airport and National Park was reliable and an added bonus. If you are planning to visit here you cannot go past the Mulu Marriott. Highly recommend.

everything is perfect…i just want to try and experience for myself to stay for one night to know if the service and everything is the same as in marriott hotel in manila philippines….because if i go back philippines with my boyfriend we always stays at marriott hotel…

Everything is perfect! From the very start, staff are super accomodating to my request. She even helped me with my marriott bonvoy account. Locationwise, couldnt be better. Very near to the markets, servay supermarkets are within walking distance.

The property's location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast served during our stay. However, what made our holiday even more pleasant was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and hospitable towards their guests, which made us feel very welcomed. Their hospitality contributed significantly to our overall positive experience and made it feel like a home away from home. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

I had an incredible stay at Mulu Marriott Resort! The facilities are top-notch, service impeccable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were a delight, offering a fantastic local and international culinary experience. The spa was excellent, adding a perfect touch of relaxation to my visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and don't miss the chance to explore Mulu National Park, conveniently close by. A truly memorable experience!

We did stay for the new year 2023/2024. Good party and nice place. Very good check-in and good service. I think the rooms are ok. Nothing special. I do see a start of rooms that soon need update. Small things, but I think it is important if you want to be top quality and be a Marriott Hotel.

We stayed here two nights, first night Urban City View King Room. Bed was great. Service is also good, staff very friendly and helpful. King Room with sea view and club lounge access: bed was great again, shower and overall room much better. Swimming pool was very nice. Room was much more spacious than the City View King room. Club lounge access was surprisingly good. Would definitely book it next time we will be staying in a Marriott hotel.
