The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, room service and currency exchange for guests. Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

Very spacious for family of 4 (2 teenagers) value for money, staff offer to let us try out the buffet breakfast with a cost and upgrade the room. Well kept room, room service was good

It features an indoor pool and fitness centre. Very clean and quiet room with good facilities. Absolutely great service from very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location to everywhere. The hotel has an ATM machine and newspapers that guests can use. Clean! Amazing breakfast! Employees are all super helpful , they helped out in so many ways from having cabs come quickly to the hotel and having Chinese yuan for currency exchange in a pinch, they even allowed me to store my luggage for the day after I had checked out which allowed me to go shopping without my bags and come back and then head to the airport!

It offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour fitness centre and a grand ballroom. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices a very busy place in morning, staff was excellent and very accommodating. Hotel and rooms were very clean, housekeeping staff are excellent!

The hotel offers travel to the airport in a luxurious car at an extra charge. This is one off this wow places...amazing entry / lobby on 38th floor and room up to 50 th floor :)
