One of the cheaper places to stay in downtown Basel, good communication with their team regarding registration and checkin instructions, clean and well organized and equipped, very close to the railway station. Free BaselCard which entitles you to free transportation and discounted museum visits.

Everything was superlative. Starting from the kindness of the staff who informed us that the restaurant will be closed for Christmas (except for breakfast), but also offered us alternatives, with all the necessary details. Private parking, very clean room, Rituals products in the bathroom, varied and plentiful breakfast, public transport card, all contributed to a relaxing stay.

What you would expect from Marriott.

Friendly staff: I checked in late and they sent me detailed information on how to register at the hostel on my own. Comfortable bed, clean room. The location is also very convenient, close to the SBB train station.
