Always greeted with a smile by the helpful and friendly staff. They were so lovely. The room was very spacious, bathroom was large and clean. Housekeeping was conducted everyday. In the room, there were Tea, Coffee and Water on a daily basis. The location was excellent walking distance to most of the attractions, Underground City shopping malls and Restaurants, The Darlington Restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly.

We really appreciated that the hotel was located right next to the airport—you could reach the terminal directly by elevator, which was incredibly convenient, especially if you had any last-minute questions or requests the day before your flight. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable, and even though the hotel is at the airport, we didn’t hear any airplanes at night—we had a very good sleep.
