It is 2.5 km from the Falls, the Hornblower Niagara boat tour, Casino Niagara and Clifton Hill. Very nice place to stay even for a week. Just by White Water Walk, next to WeGo bus stop which can take you to main attractions for free with Niagara Pass. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.
