From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the heart of the center and in close proximity to the mountains. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the town and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The building exudes comfort, with well-appointed rooms. Overall, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bansko was fantastic.

Our apartment was excellent for a family with two children. Two separate bedrooms, each one with a balcony and beautiful view, with a shared bathroom. There is a nice kitchen area downstairs. There was even a trampoline in the yard that my kids enjoyed. The place is very close to downtown, 8 min walk. The property is very well maintained, clean, and the owner is very friendly, kind and helpful. The place has a real feel for a typical Bulgarian home with tomatoes growing in the garden and trees in the yard, it felt homey.

Fantastic traditional Bulgarian house and garden. The inner garden is beautiful. The place is central, but extremely quiet at night. We had a wonderful sleep. Bansko is fantastic for skiing or hiking. We came in April and hiked for a week in Rila mountains. There was snow, but it was nevertheless absolutely fantastic. With good gear you'll be fine any time of the year.

The best SPA Hotel in Bulgaria

I visited Bulgaria for the first time. During the 3-week tour, I stayed in 6 non-hotel accommodations. This place was one of my favourite, and had the most professional level of cleaning. It’s spacious, quiet, with good amenities. Host is very responsive.
