The property is around 3.4 km from City Walk Mall, 3.8 km from Dubai Mall and 3.9 km from Burj Khalifa. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and a 24-hour front desk. Although it was a shirt stay it was nice and quiet. Staff was amazing very helpful and specially Robina was very friendly and helpful.

Featuring a rooftop outdoor pool, the property also provides a fitness centre. The property features a 24-hour front desk. Asif & Divya was very friendly & helpful throughout my 6 nights stay here. Locatiom is strategically beautiful with easy access to Metro & Bus Station, as well as Mall Of The Emirates.

The air-conditioned rooms of JW Marriott Hotel Marina are decorated with natural, warm colors and wooden furniture. All rooms feature free WiFi, coffee and tea facilities, a mini-bar, iPod Docking stations and flat-screen TVs. The room was well located. The staff at the arrival updated my room grade free of charge. the two staff at the reception namely Intisar and Miran are so helpful, communicative in a so polity way. They are amazing staff ever! The food was so good and healthy, same as breakfast. The location is perfect for walking around the marina. The connected shopping facility is a perfect way of keeping the clients within the hotel. The Swimming pool is so good big enough for proper swimming with Football giant screen show in the evening.

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai, is conveniently located a 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Festival City Mall, and only 8 km from Dubai International Airport (DXB). My wife and I arrived at the hotel 8 hours earlier than our check-in time, and although all the rooms were full, Magamed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He kindly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to freshen up by using the gym, pool, and spa facilities. He even kept our belongings safe while we explored Dubai, and once our room was ready at 3pm, we were able to relax without any hassle. We truly appreciated his helpfulness, professionalism, and warm hospitality, which made our early arrival stress-free. Thank you, Magamed, for making our stay start off so smoothly! During our stay, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, made even better by the incredible service provided by Shoaib and Raj. Both of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Shoaib's attention to detail and Raj's warm and friendly demeanor truly made us feel special. Their dedication and professionalism turned a great breakfast into a memorable experience.
