Updated and new. Comfortable bed. Huge tv. It was spacious and quiet. Excellent location for a long road trip across North Carolina. Perfect stopping point. Starbucks in the lobby.

My coworker and I enjoy this hotel as it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the area. We enjoy the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the luxurious and cozy lobby area. The lobby bar is a great feature to help tie it all together after a long day of work.

Honestly speaking and making things as simplistic as possible. Marriott has never failed with me when it comes to hospitality and taking care of their guests. I had a top floor city view this time and it was a beautiful site to catch the sunset one way while viewing a storm off to the distance in the other direction. Had reservations for dinner downstairs at Butcher and Bull. That was delicious, the Lamb chops were delicious as well as the Salmon. Great wine selection also. Overall great experience.

I generally stay exclusively at Marriott Properties. The Rudest manager ever! They cancelled our room at 6:30 because we did not check in before that due to our delayed flight. We booked 2 nights for my daughters college weekend. His first reason was our delayed arrival, second reason my declined American Express. NOT THE CASE. The lack of professionalism at this Marriott was devastating. We scrambled to find a hotel to accommodate us on the busiest weekend. missed our dinner reservations . The gentleman is disgrace to Marriotts name!
