The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very comfortable and the terrace was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly.

The room was spacious enough. The queen beds were very comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom was very spacious as well. The location of the hotel in Union Square was excellent. The hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, and local transportation.

Great location for exploring San Fran. Good sized room. We paid a $30 destination fee on top of our booking per night (pretty standard in the US) but this was the only place we stayed where you got that money as credit - which could then be spent on either breakfast or at the restaurant or bar so it felt like you got food for free. It also included a free cable car ride for 2 which was such a good perk, saving us $16. There was one member of staff in particular at the front desk who was perhaps the most joyful person I have ever met and he really went above and beyond with our interaction - thank you. Also great toiletries provided and replenished daily.
