SwitzerlandSuper new, modern and stylish. All staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to reception and SPA (which was top notch btw). The room was very nice, quiet and spacious (comfy beds). Breakfast excellent - with so much choice! We loved that it’s new and not too many people have discovered this place yet! We have extended our stay in this resort :-)

Everything about JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort suites was top notch. Right from the accommodation (family of 4; availed a suite), the courteous staff, quality food and beverage outlets (Ta-Krai, Sakura, Olive, Sala and the Beach Bar restaurant), Quan spa, the 3 km long swimming pool, the facilities at the beach, various activities being arranged by the property were all very enjoyable during our week long stay. We will definitely return soon.
Tip: Highly recommend the all meals plan with spa treatment package.

Our stay at the Marriott Khao Lak was overall pleasant, highlighted by its ideal location and the genuinely friendly hotel staff. The evening buffets were truly outstanding, offering a delightful variety of great dishes.
The activities, especially for children, like the outdoor cinema, were top-notch, providing fantastic entertainment for the entire family !

Breakfast was nice with great selection but ridiculously busy.
We spent second week of our stay at Marriott Merlin beach and found Khoa Lak to be in a different league all round.

We liked everything, but especially the amazing stuff!
The hotel head chef was amazing, asking us every day how the food is and how it can be improved - or what is more of our taste...
We would recommend - not because of the facilities but because of the people working in marriott taht made our vacation perfect!

The staff were absolutely brilliant, I have not experienced as consistently excellent service from every single person at any hotel as we did at the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort Suites.
Breaksfast was superb every morning. Facilities are amazing, the pool and beach were just jaw droppingly beautiful. Dinner choices were very very good.

JW Marriott was beautiful. Every detail attended to, the decor was lovely and it was very comfortable.
The pool was gorgeous and beach location superb - the beach was so lovely to swim in, with warm turquoise water and white sand.

If u want to stay out of crowd of Phuket , go to JW Marriott khao lak , awesome views , delicious foods
