what a lovely breakfast all fresh and the cold press juices were beautiful the staff were well trained and super friendly, asked us straight away if we would like tea or coffee as soon as they we sat down

Nice comfortable stay. For a family of 2adults and 2children the room was spacious enough. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The room had a nice view of the bronze statue of Kek Long Si temple and the Penang hill. The plus for the location is that there is a 24 hour coin laundry in the same block (few steps away from the hotel) and a small but nice bakery for the morning breakfast. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the front desk lady who helped us to order for our dinner when we were getting late while on our way back from Cameron Highlands.
