Convenience to airport after a long flight. Hotel eps are always on time with the airport pick-up and right there as you exit the airport. As usual a very warm welcome by the front counter staff, with Asif remembering me by name and ensuring I was taken care of and into my room in good time. The level of service just continues throughout the stay with Raviraj and his team Sourabh, Shama, Vipul and Sameer making sure the room is maintained to the highest standards, Sayani (who is everywhere), Mamta, Kausual, Olen and Tanvi making the the dining and club lounge experience something to remember. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Absolutely all mod cons. The room layout and design was great. So well designed in the power outlets and the layout over all. Lots of sockets and phone outlets. Design for the modern traveller. It is what you get with a hotel that was just built, it is brand new. Great staff and service. A good price for the quality!
