SingaporeSpecial thanks to Eddie (bell man), Brian (at reception) and Wen/Wan (housekeeping) for making our 4 nights stay here pleasant.
I was in this hotel for a business trip and Eddie helped me every morning to call for taxi and was very helpful and polite.
Bryan offered us early check in since there are available rooms and coins exchanges (for our public transport rides).
Wen kept our room tidy and was amazing to attend to our requests, giving new towels, restocking, etc.
Hotel lounge is great, well maintained hotel. Definitely recommend to come here. Location wise may a bit further from main shopping malls but there are trams nearby (cheap as chips) to carry you to the central (around 15-20min)
All staff was super nice!! Kudos to the best hospitality service we’ve received compared to our stays in Singapore/Malaysia.

Stayed just the one night whilst transiting in Hong Kong. Hotel is pretty standard Marriott fare. Lobby seemed a little crowded and busy but otherwise had a good stay. Considering proximity to airport, rooms were very quiet. Free shuttle bus leaving from airport terminal every 20 or so minutes.

The reception desk front desk hotel manager was very good - polite and helpfull - we were there to get married and he made us feel very welcome. He is an excellent manager and I sent him a personal message to say thank you.

My stay at the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel was a pleasant one, with the facilities and rooms being a definite highlight. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities offered by the hotel, such as the fitness center and dining options, were top-notch. The hotel's close proximity to the airport was an added bonus, making it an excellent choice for those in transit or having early morning flights.

The friendliness and politeness of all the staff are over the top. They all are professional and excellent employees. All the facilities and the hotel room is spotlessly clean. Special thanks to staff of the concierges, housekeeping, room service, swimming pool and shuttle bus driver. They really took extra cares for my mom who is on the wheelchair. We had a great time at the HK SkyCity Marriott Hotel. Undoubtedly, we will come back to this hotel next time when we are in Hong Kong.
