Everything was awesome. Only letdown was the Starbucks coffee machine was broken but this is being super picky! Super helpful staff, great breakfast, luxurious room.

Everything was exceptional about this hotel the only thing that bothered me was the room cleaning wasn’t good the used tissue was on the floor after we returned to the hotel after a long day and the minibar cups were not well cleaned I called the room service twice during my stay to ask them for clean ones ! Which is surprisingly disappointing according to the hotel standards and helpful staff

Staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. Location was perfect with Hyde Park across the road and Marble arch Metro on the corner. Very close to great shops. The facilities were fantastic and the room so comfortable. I utilised the gym and it was well set up. Could not fault anything. It was absolutely perfect.

Between two main parks, near Oxford and Piccadilly streets, close to Palace. Convenient drive in, tasty a la carte breakfast, clean rooms, all works. We have had 2 double beds for me, spouse and two kids. Not much hotels offer this kind of accommodation.
