The hotel was lovely and clean and warm. The staff were the best part of this whole experience especially one lady in particular working reception. They were very helpful regarding bus information.The wait staff were exceptional too. They facilitated any extra requests without hesitation and in a very timely manner. The rooms were gorgeous. The breakfast was lovely. A really great selection and everything was replaced within minutes if it was gone. I would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was the best I've had during my UK trip! The location was superb, so close to the Holyrood palace and everything else I wanted to see were within walking distance. I wish I could've stayed longer.
