United KingdomReally helpful staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Excellent location just by the walls and one of the gates to the Old Town. Couldn't be nearer to the action but the hotel itself couldn't be quieter. Would definitely recommend.

Great location - but not super great - would have been better if closer to Chateau Fremont.
Observer very limited number of staff but hotel was also not highly occupied. Staffs were knowledgeable and seems to be multitasking with various hotel operations. Seemed more like a boutique hotel than Marriott.
