My wife, who is five months pregnant, received outstanding care throughout our stay - from meals tailored to her dietary restrictions to special attention during tours, including extra blankets and more comfortable seating. The hotel also stands out for offering excellent non-alcoholic beverage options, which was a meaningful touch for us. The accommodations are flawless: comfortable, clean, modern, and with thoughtful details like pre-warmed sheets waiting for us after excursions. Our guided tour to Kruger National Park was led by a knowledgeable guide who made the experience even more enriching. Upon returning, our room was always tidy and welcoming.
