The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations. The spa provided a relaxing retreat, and the swimming pool was a refreshing oasis. Most impressive, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional. Overall, the Swiss Diamond Hotel is an exceptional hotel. With its great location, fantastic facilities, and outstanding staff, I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Pristina Hotel. The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sauna and ice bath were great for relaxation after exploring. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, yet close to main attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality!

First the staff each one of them was so nice and kind. The room is spacious. the bathroom big with air dryer. Light activated by movement sensor in bathroom and hall. The hotel provides wonderful kit of toothpaste and toothbrush very helpful to light traveling. The room was clean note to put the sign for room cleaning. Breakfast was wonderful. Located 12 minutes walk from city center. Parking available at hotel front free of charge no booking needed. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel.
