An absolute luxury after taking the night bus from Hanoi. We arrived at the hotel at 4am and they allowed early check in for just an additional 500.000 VND. It felt like having a free extra night! We loved the breakfast here - wonderful mix of Vietnamese and Western options. Also nice to order a la carte items which came quickly each time. The staff helped us book return bus tickets to Hanoi and were very professional and timely. We loved our stay here and would gladly recommend it to couples, friends and families 😊

When we had to wait for our sleeper bus, he kindly stored our bags in a secure area, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay, especially with the stunning view, was incredibly pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

This place has just reopened after COVID and the staff were so accommodating. We arrived to a warm towel and tea reception while the front desk inquired regarding our needs. They tended to our laundry as we had just completed a couple of days of trekking. While freshening up Mr. Kim on the front desk arranged for delivery of the tickets for Fansipan. When we returned from Fansipan they recommended a great restaurant for tasty Sapa specific cuisine. The room was comfortable with a great bed and good air for sleeping and quiet during the night as it is out of the main fray. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a wide variety of food including a western menu. The Omlettes and banana pancakes and French toast were all excellent. To top things off the kitchen even prepared us a bus lunch of a couple of baguettes and water.

Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel offers 5-star accommodation with an indoor pool and terrace. You can play billiards at the hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful, the spa service was superb and the food at the restaurant was so tasty. If you go to Sapa, definitely stay here. It is a little out of the city - but still a completely fine within walking distance, and you get the most amazing view.

We were impressed by the service and absolutely loved the stunning view. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!
