Our unit was very clean, cute, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our clothing and the kitchenette was well stocked and came in handy. We also loved the fireplace. We brought our pup with us and there was an area to take her out to relieve herself and complimentary "poop bags". We were also pleasantly surprised that for a room that was pet friendly. It did not smell like dog at all. We've stayed in other places where you could definitely tell. The customer service was also excellent. Our questions were answered quickly and the representatives were so nice. Easy check in and a code to get in, we like that much better than a card key. We would stay here again!

They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

Each room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.
