Room was quiet and there weren't any noise from the streets even in the 1.st floor. The lobby had fruits in the evening, which was nice while being pregnant, so I could eat a little snack just before bedtime!

It lives up to its luxury brand. Outstanding quality in everything. There are so many amazing things that made our stay memorable, automated curtains and toilet seat, spacious room extremely clean, TV that is integrated with a bronze coloured mirror, 3 seats of sofa, quite spa, luxuriously arranged hallways and then the best, Spago (Michelin 2023) breakfast! And the staff ever ready to help and support!

Location on the Buda side is just a short bus ride from the main centre of Pest. Is close to the Castle, Fisherman's Bastian and Mathias Church with great views over to Pest.
Accommodation has wonderful modern design with every conceivable 'hitech' convenience, giving a luxury 5 star experience.

Well, by now you've seen the pictures. This is a luxury accommodation. The view is outstanding, supermarket and public transport (buy an all public transport day ticket from Mojkiosk by the bus station) is five minutes away, the furnishings are better than home. Alright, it is more expensive than general places in Belgrade, but the area it is in, and the level of it all is extreme value for money. It has all plates and glasses required (prosecco/red/white). Like everyone else that has stopped here, I could go on all day...

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were 5 stars, the location is perfect to explore Belgrade, cleanliness of the room was impeccable, the staff assisted us with the parking and were really nice.
We were attending an event and had booked two rooms 5 months prior, We heard that a lot of other hotels cancelled reservation in order to get people to pay more, but Hotel Balkan kept their original conditions for the stay. I highly recommend them.

We had a really nice short family vacation. The apartment was cozy, pet-friendly and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful especially with finding a parking slot for us, which turned out to be pretty difficult in Belgrade. The location was close to public transportation, a nice park and restaurants. I recommend NV Luxury Suites & Spa for anyone who is planning a trip to Belgrade.

I traveled in the world, but Sun Hill Luxury still is my favorite Apartment Hotel in worldwide. The reason is simple, perfect price value, the best location on the exclusive Buda side, high-quality interior with Japanese garden, memorable distinct vibes, spotless rooms, and marvelous silence. I wish myself to move there forever.
