Gorgeous property and outstanding service! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The Concierge workers were super helpful and made our visit very special. The luxury 20-storey Hyatt Regency Panama City is set in central Panama City, 1 km from Bahía de Panamá Bay and its port. It features an outdoor pool, spa, and rooms with seating areas. Beautiful, clean, modern and very attentive staff! Breakfast was also exceptional! I would definitely stay again!

This hotel is brand new, renovated on a restored building in the Casco area of Panama city. The location is amazing, on a quite square, but a minute walk from all the restaurants and attractions of the area. Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free to a better room – such a nice touch! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the whole place felt quiet and relaxing. The pool area was lovely, and the on-site restaurant served excellent food. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were absolutely amazing: friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. If I had to mention a couple of small improvements, it would be nice to have more vegetarian options at breakfast, and my room didn’t have a hair dryer (though this might have just been an oversight). Overall, these are very minor things compared to the overall experience. I would rate my stay 10/10 and would definitely come back again!
