This accommodation was very comfortable, well equipped,clean and spacious. Grange and Bronwyn were very welcoming and went to great lengths to settle us in to our apartment. We also appreciated the washing and drying facilities on site. We would recommend this accommodation to other travellers.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 9.3 km from Opua Forest. Bob & Margaret were exceptional hosts. The accommodation with great, clean and the fan above the bed great for the warm weather. It had a lovely spa with a gorgeous view! We have already booked to stay again.

The accommodation is perfect in a superb location overlooking the bay. It is Immaculately clean and well furnished, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Basic essentials were provided as well as breakfast cereal, milk, tea & coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of wine. Murray & Pam are the perfect hosts and were on hand with tips/advice during our stay. It's a great base for exploring the Bay of Islands, Paihia itself is a lovely little town, we took the car ferry to Russell and a boat trip from Paihia to the hole in the rock and went to Kerikeri to see the waterfalls. It really is the perfect place if you just want to chill out; we loved watching the sun come up each morning; a stunning view.

Great poached eggs at breakfast. Would definitely recommend here to stay
