What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Khushbu and Ranjana at the reception — they went above and beyond to assist me. They not only arranged an early check-in but also helped with urgent photocopies and even found a nearby studio through their workmate’s reference when I needed documents for my embassy travel NOC.Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. Overall, Arya Hotel & Spa combines great facilities with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended — and a special thanks again to Ranjana and Khushbu for their amazing support!

This is truly a great find. It is a quiet peaceful hotel surrounded by the chaos that is Kathmandu. Easy walking distance to Thamel and it's restaurants and bars but is just beyond the noise of that. Food was excellent especially breakfast and the entire staff is very helpful and pleasant. The spa is limited to just massages but those are very good. I had chosen it and others I was traveling with did also for convenience of some travel arrangements and they were all thrilled as well. Highly recommend this fine hotel.
