We also booked the scenic flight over the Himalayas with them - all went very smooth. The hotel has a really nice and relaxing spa, amazing massages, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, perfect after a day of hiking or just wandering about. The top floor restaurant is very good, clean, great variety of food (Nepali, Indian, Asian, Mediterranean) and has an amazing view. Rooms are decent size, bed and pillows very comfortable and they are very clean. Shower water pressure really good too!
