Cleaning staff are nice and always have a smile on their faces 🙂 Restaurant: breakfast is enough to choose from with wonderful waiting staff (unfortunately don't know their names) who are helpful and very pleasant in their behavior which makes the breakfast taste even better. This was honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Perfect location in the heart of Thamel with everything within walking distance. The room and the whole hotel are beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and offer everything guests might need. Nepali people are usually very welcoming, but I'd like to highlight how the staff here made us feel at home. I wanted to name, but then Id have to name absolutely everyone we interacted with.

I stayed here twice, two nights and one. Lovely hotel, amazing customer service, super clean and comfortable. Right next to a shopping district and many restaurants. The breakfast is nice, a variety of savory and sweet dishes which change daily, so decent amount of options, fresh fruit, on tap masala tea and you can order brewed coffee the servers. The restaurant is comfortable with a variety of continental and Nepalese dishes to choose from. The service is absolutely incredible. Both times I arrived ahead of check in time and was given a room within 20 minutes. The receptionists are all friendly and professional, you can exchange currency right at the reception desk as well as ask them to order a taxi for you Stunning views from the rooftop terrace

While the energy of the hotel didn’t fully resonate with me personally, I want to acknowledge that the facilities were all in working order, and the front desk staff were helpful and courteous throughout my stay. One exceptional highlight was a waitress named Deviyiu Sharma (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism stood out. She took great pride in her work, and her service was a credit to the hotel.
