I was picked up at the airport. All the staff is so kind. Breakfast is a buffet with different options everyday. Perfectly clean. I had complimentary spa access which was relaxing. The location is more than perfect, in Thamel but in a quiet street, where there is a small grocery, a beauty salon, a good restaurant, a small eatery and a yoga studio and a cafe (All recommended) They even kept my luggage for days free of charge. Taxis were well aware of the hotel location so it was easy to hop on and communicate as well. The breakfast was good and their Chia tea (Chai tea) and plain Lassi were delicious!
