All rooms and suites feature a walk-in shower, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV with streaming services. We had a corporate stay at this hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful and easy to find, with free parking on the premises. They offered a welcome drink and carried our luggage to our room. The facilities are incredible; the gym is small but decent, and the sauna is fantastic (though you need to book it in advance). The breakfast is à la carte, a bit expensive but really delicious with a very nice selection. The room was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. The staff is really friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend.

What stayed was the warm atmosphere of the English landhouse and the hospitality of Twente. The unique location in the woods of the National Park the Sallandse Heuvelrug, makes De Uitkijk a spot to relax. The name comes from the tower with view that used to be next to the hotel. A visit to Hotel De Uitkijk will release the pressure. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, felt at home. Very nice bedroom and comfy bed. And super kind staff, they even got us a free ride to the train station. Amazing breakfast included in the rate. Highly recommended!! Wish we had stayed longer
