We were very happy with our stay: everything was clean, tidy, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable visit. A huge plus is that the washing machine also has a drying mode, and there was even a small packet of detergent for a single wash. The bathroom has a beautiful view of the Petronas Towers. The pool is spacious with an amazing view, and there were always very few people. The only nuance is that you need to go down to the ground floor to get pool towels. Stylishly decorated, the luxurious guestrooms at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur present large clear windows with beautiful city views. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. Toiletries and bathrobes are provided in the spacious en suite bathroom. Room was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect. Nice big window in the room, too. Hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very professional at all times. The pool was great, too. We went to the Lemon Garden 2go for some breakfast and they had some delicious pastries!
