All of the staff really made our stay the best. They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.

It was a pleasant surprise to arrive to this comfortable renovated boutique hotel. Rooms very pleasant and clean. Getting into the pool at night was so nice. Theres coffee all day available. Great antique furniture in the reception and dinning area. Lorena and Denisse were so kind, helpful and attentive. Kitchen staff very kind too. The place is very well located, 5 blocks from the Santa Lucia park, palacio de la musica, casa Montejo , downtown area and 6 blocks from Paseo Montejo. Breakfast well served, great and kind service..

The facilities are amazing, the staff is very welcoming and kind, if you stay here you will find a peaceful environment located in a safe area (all Valladolid is cozy and safe) and the staff speaks perfect English if you're not a Spanish speaker (I am Mexican but traveled with a non Spanish speaker). As a national I found all visitors from other countries got the right idea that this is a place for tranquility and relaxation rather than just partying and hecticness. I would definitely come back here.
