From the moment we arrived, Vladimir and Andrea made us feel like cherished guests. Vladimir's exceptional attitude and professionalism truly made us feel like we were in a five-star hotel. His kindness and attention to detail were exceptional. Andrea was equally warm and welcoming. She took the time to inquire about how our day was going, offered us coffee, and went out of her way to assist us whenever needed. Her friendly and helpful demeanor added a special touch to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast menu was not only diverse but also changed daily, offering a wide range of delicious options. We were genuinely impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. Overall, our stay at C Groyp Apartments Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Vladimir and Andrea's outstanding service. Rooms and suites have views on Kotor Bay. Some of the modern amenities include a flat-screen TV. En-suite bathrooms come with a walk-in shower and luxury toiletries. Both the establishment and the setting are wonderful, that's undeniable. Fluffy pillows and extremely confortable beds, quality furniture, big windows, impecable cleanliness, generous terraces and a fabulous view of the bay (even when it rains it's extremely beautiful), just to name a few. What I would really like to point out here is the team's professionalism. Unfortunately we didn't start our stay off on the right foot; our journey would have been heavily impacted if it weren't for the concerned members of the staff (receptionists, manager, etc.) to handle the situation the best they could - which makes me think of something someone once said: "People are an organization's most valuable asset and the key to its success". Can’t wait to return to Blue Kotor on our next visit.
