The staff was BEYOND wonderful. I only stayed there for a night but the next time i come to Riga inshallah I will only stay in the Grand Poet hotel. I loved everything about the room as well, very beautiful decor, clean and attention to details was so great.

The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor swimming pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. First time to stay in a Kempinski hotel and it did not disappoint. Well-appointed rooms, excellent facilities and attentive staff. Location was superb, right smack in the Old Town. Everything from tourist attractions to commercial establishments to the famous Riga Xmas Market was a pleasant walk away. Will definitely consider staying again.

Great location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was also good! Very clean spa area.

My room was very clean, comfortable & warm, ai had a great nights sleep! & the bathroom was lovely also Staff on the front desk were very friendly & helpful I didn't get chance to go into the bar & resteraunt, but it looked very inviting Location is really good - a short 5-10 minute walk to the centre of the old town & very close to the train station Felt like I had excellent value for money overall for what I paid

The location is perfect, right in the center and easy to find. We also appreciated the convenient parking, which made it easy to leave the car. Truly a charming apartment!
