The team at Capoe house do a great job of keeping you happy and entertained. There is a butler that will meet your every need also with an amazing management that keeps the place tidy and beautiful. Food was good, I would recommend going for full board at least.

We stayed at the most wonderful hotel, and it honestly exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, the manager went out of his way to help us organize our trips and make sure everything ran smoothly. He took his time to talk to us, offer advice, and make sure we were comfortable with every plan — something you don’t often experience in hotels. Our server, Ranawada (apologies if I got the name slightly wrong), was absolutely amazing. He was always so kind, attentive, and full of interesting stories about the food and the local culture. Every meal felt special, not just because the dishes were different each day and always delicious, but because they were served with such care and pride. Throughout our stay, we were surprised again and again by so many thoughtful gestures — both big and small. From the warm smiles to the little details that showed how much the staff truly cared, it all made us feel at home. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and scenic. It’s rare to find a place where every single person seems to genuinely want you to be happy. Leaving was honestly bittersweet — I was ready to go home, but it was hard to say goodbye to the wonderful people who made our stay so special. We will remember this experience for a long time and recommend this hotel with all our hearts.❤️

The place is amazing! We had the room with a private heated pool and the view from there was perfect. The only thing that might be a problem is that the room didn't have air-conditioning, which can be a problem if it's too hot. The service is really top notch! The dinner menu is quite overpriced, the rest was just great!

The place was spotless—super clean and comfortable. The shower was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time! It was definitely a highlight of our 2 week trip to Sri Lanka. The room itself was beautiful and newly renovated, with a private pool, deck, and hammock overlooking the countryside. The views are absolutely stunning. You will wake up and sleep to sweeping views of the Sri Lankan tea country. The service was also fantastic. Every meal was served to us private dining style on our deck. Make sure you have dinner while the sun is setting; it's absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay; they organised a scooter as well as a repair service when one of our bags tore. Overall, the presidential suite at Andriyala is a 5 star experience and fantastic value for money. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The setting is marvellous. The staff cold not be more friendly, helpful and customer oriented. The cuisine is excellent. And the chef even went the extra mile to cook for us Sri Lankan delicacies, which were not on the menu.
