This is a relatively new hotel and everything is well thought out and comfortable. The room was big and bright. The pool is enormous with plenty of seating around it. The location is very convenient for the town as it’s right on the doorstep. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff are helpful and polite. It has a great gym but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to use it.

The host is very nice. He shared a lot of stories with me. And I am very much appreciated. I have learned a lot about the local's life. The struggle around the nowadays Laos people. Their life is much harder than 3-4 years ago. Hope things can be improved in the future of time. There are some really well cooking school restaurants nearby just a 3mins walk which you can not miss.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosewood. We were able to experience this wonderful place for a longer time (6 nights). The staff was absolutely exceptional and made this stay feel like a second honeymoon. The place in itself is heaven, and all activities we did were top notch (the Mandalao elephants, the city tour and the sunset cruise). The room decoration and architecture from Bill Bensley are wonderful. We want to extend our sincere thanks again to the team for all these efforts to make this trip exceptional and for their kindness.

All the staff went out of their way to give an excellent service - reception, buggy drivers, restaurant and bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. I loved returning after a busy time in town to the peace and tranquility of the hotel’s beautiful setting. The shuttle bus was brilliant. The swimming pools were lovely too. I felt I was in paradise.
