Though we were lucky to enjoy the shef's breakfast only, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms are spacial, the springs in the place are well organized, just the deepest recommendations from our side. Good places to eat outside, and even without a transfer a good place to to render about, nice views and close to the craters of the voulcanes and to the zoo that is a dream of every child!

Outstanding view, staff goes above and beyond and the food was such high quality & beautifully arranged! We had breakfast and dinner (Kaiseki) twice and both was plenty (dinner around 7 courses?). There were some night time activities for guest like origami and simple games like uno and jenga could be borrowed. I could not ask for more and would love to visit again.
