Absolutely professional, kind, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. Also the room was lovely, great views of the river and the city. Excellent bed, spacious shower. The food was also quite good, though you are paying hotel prices for the convenience.

I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. One of my favorite stays and Amila-san and Ryo-san were exceptional hosts.
