Well set in Hiroshima, Hilton Hiroshima offers 4-star accommodation close to Myoei-ji Temple and Hiroshima City Minami Ward Community Cultural Center. General facilities were great. Having access to an iron and ironing board was a bonus. Bathroom was our favourite on our trip, and extremely roomy. Beds and pillows were also the best on our holiday. Views were spectacular from 11th floor. Staff were extremely helpful.

Suuuper nice and welcoming staff, value for the room that you get is SOOOO good, and don’t get me started on the location. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. There was so much space for our family to chill. The staff was also cheerful and helpful. I would definitely book here again when I return to Hiroshima. Overall, it was beyond our expetations and we were delighted with our booking.

Very kind and friendly staff, in particular the lady that welcomed us at the reception the first day, but all the others were very kind too. The room was spacious and very nice, actually feels like a mini appartement. Looking forward to stay here again sometime during our future travels.

A 3-minute stroll from Itsukushima Shrine, Miyajima Grand Hotel Arimoto boasts an outdoor hot spring bath. It offers luxurious Japanese-style and Western rooms and a free shuttle from Miyajima Pier. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. The hotel was stunning. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, as they are everywhere in Japan. Our kaiseki banquet meal and breakfast were an event in themselves and it was great to try so many different dishes, many we would probably never have tried otherwise. Room was spacious and nice mix of traditional Japanese and western styles. The indoor and outdoor baths were also beautiful, a relaxing way to start and end the day. Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed every moment—from the staff, the ambiance, the room, and the place as a whole. A special mention goes to the dinner we had at the hotel, prepared by Chef Kenya Akita, who undoubtedly deserves three Michelin stars. Chef Akita, a Japanese culinary artist, trained for 13 years in France at a Michelin-starred restaurant before returning to Japan to adapt his extensive culinary expertise to the local cuisine. Every dish was outstanding, both in terms of flavors and aesthetic presentation. The meal was simply extraordinary. Don’t miss it!
