We were offered dinner, and shortly after, a rooftop party began with champagne and desserts. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the fireworks. The atmosphere on the rooftop was magical, and we absolutely loved it. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was incredible – the whole of Milan felt like it was at our fingertips. The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable, including the relaxing lounge area in the lobby. Our room was flawless. The breakfast, the staff – everything was at the highest level. Thank you for an amazing night at this hotel!

The location is superb—just a short 3 to 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.

Even when we had a small issue during our visit, the management handled it with professionalism and kindness, which really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan — both for leisure and business. We will definitely come back!
