The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. There is an elevator. Common parts are good. The rooms are quiet.

Great location on main shopping street , very close to the square, the ferry is a few minutes walk. The room was very nice and decorated with art in good taste , overall very chic. Amzaing staff, very helpful in reception and bar, tasty breakfast options. excellent expirience !

The host Massimo was great! Good communication and great tips for the local area when we asked. The penthouse was stunning! Very clean and new. Great design and good space even for a bigger group. Perfect location in the city center. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Located just 5 minutes away from the port and the old city center, this is a great apartment for a family of four or more, located on the 4th floor in a nice apartment building (2 elevators available). We were a couple, so we only used one of the two available bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to prepare the breakfast and more, if you need to. The apartment has a nice balcony with two rocking chairs, so you can enjoy the evening with a glass of wine :) There are 2 air conditioning units in the apartment, one in one of the bedrooms and the other in the kitchen. Since we only used one of the bedrooms, this was not an issue for us. All the windows have shades/blinds, so the apartment doesn't get that hot during the day. There are also ventilators in the bedrooms. The bonus of the apartment is that it comes with a private parking space in a gated area, 1 minute away from the building. This is gold, considering that finding a paid street parking space is very difficult in the central area. There is an underground parking just opposite from the building, but it costs 1 euro for the first 30 minutes and then 3 euros for each of the following hours, up to 24 euros/day. The private parking that comes with the apartment is 10 euros/day. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes away, very convenient as well. Our host Sabrina was there to welcome us when we arrived (we arranged for an early checkin), gave us the apartment/parking space keys and showed us around. Thank you, Sabrina! This apartment is a great place to have as a base for exploring lake Como. We left by car each morning and came back in the evening, for us it was way better that staying in one of the small villages on the lake (way more crowded and expensive) or getting around by boat. A great experience, we recommend it.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and the most important for us is that it has 2 bathrooms.
