So it is smaller than you might think from the pictures in terms of guest numbers. The great thing is that its sister hotel over the road has everything you would expect in a top class hotel including many great restaurants, bars, etc which you can use as a guest at Mayfair Convention... but your room costs much less than those over the road. If you are travelling to see the old part of town/temples, it is a fair distance away but transport is very affordable. The team at the hotel are incredibly welcoming and arranged transport and tours for us to Cuttack, Konark and beyond. Thanks so much to everyone at the hotel, especially Jagdish on the front desk!
