I really liked the diversity of food offered everyday at breakfast. More importantly, the staff was very courteous, hospitable and helpful. I will specifically mention Mr. Karanpreet Singh (Asst. Manager) who received me very well and offered a very warm welcome. I will also mention Ms. Bina Kumari who was excellent with organization of an event that we organized in Taj. Bina was superb and on top of her job.

Deluxe room was quite spacious, and decoration in the room was a cut above some of the other hotels in Aerocity. The bath was enormous and very luxurious.
Bed was large and very comfortable.
Wifi was strong and continuous. No cutouts.
Breakfast was very good with a very wide range of food and other items available on request: such as baked beans and plain curd.
Location, of course, is good. Easy access to Vasant Kunj shopping area with only a 20 minute taxi ride.

The accommodation has very nice photos. Everything looks amazing in the photos. Unfortunately, the reality is no longer like that. The hotel is neglected at first glance. Everywhere the hotel states that it has 5 stars. But it cannot be compared to a 5-star hotel. We travel a lot and I would give this hotel 3 stars at most. He was a huge disappointment for us.
