Very nice hotel near the centre - walking distance approx. 20 min, comfortable rooms, tasty and varied breakfast, very nice lounge if you want to have a glass of wine. 100% clean. Helpful staff.

This property is new, clean and very comfortable. Cathy is such a kind host and nothing is too big an ask. The rooms are equipped with everything you would need, water, shampoo, extra pillows etc. Cathy also provides tea, coffee and more in a self catering kitchen. Will definitely be retuning.

Lovely building and decor throughout. The welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch and the barman was very nice and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Rooms were lovely. Breakfast was really nice and the coffee was really good! I liked how they turned down the beds for night and left a book and chocolate on the pillow...again really nice touches.

Very nice studio with a separate bathroom. 1min walk to pubs and restaurants, really enjoyed the stay, would stay again.

The staff were excellent, especially the Steward on duty at the Clubroom restaurant, who, when pressed, indulged us in historical tales and had a great sense of humour!
