The location was amazing and perfect for exploring Killarney town. The breakfast was also way above expectations and with 6 of us it was hard to find places to stay that were reasonable and didn't require us to drive or take taxis etc. We loved our stay and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will for sure be back. Can't recommend this hidden little gem more.

Rooms are individually decorated with a lovely country house style. The rooms all have en suite showers, satellite TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Irons, hairdryers and telephones are also provided and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Cosy, glamorous and one of the nicest places we have stayed. Cannot fault it from start to finish. The food, the bar, the room everything was great. We had a great time and the staff are incredible! We will be back.

This place was very nice. Concierge and dining staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

With a relaxed atmosphere complemented by old style charm and hospitality, the Old Weir Lodge features a spacious foyer and beautifully appointed resident's lounge which provide a comfortable and friendly setting. The staff was amazing and helpful. When we checked in, Linda gave us some recommendations and helped us book dinner (we loved it so much we returned the following night with help from the front desk staff again, I forgot to ask her name, but she was friendly and helpful too). The breakfast staff were inviting and cheery in the morning and the food was tasty and filling. The room was very comfortable. We had drinks in the lounge one night it was fantastic.

The check-in & check-out process was very convenient. Even though the staff of the hotel was not physically present, it was not a problem as they promptly responded to any queries that we put forth via messages. The pod was very clean, well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities available.
